Submit your artwork:

We are a full service sign company and have designers on hand to assist you with all aspects of logo,graphic, layout and design of all of your sign components. If you already have graphic resources you would like us to use, you may send them to us via email or mail them to our offices.

Below you will find all the information you will need to send your artwork to us.

Supported File Formats

We prefer to receive artwork in the following program formats:

Any other computer file types will most likely require an additional artwork charge.

Rasterized Images

We accept rasterized computer artwork in the following forms, but please note that approximately 80% of all signwork requires vectorized artwork in order for our designers to complete various production processes.

Additional charges may be required to convert rasterized to vertorized artwork.

Acceptable rasterized file types: .tif, .bmp, .jpg, .psd, .cpt, and .png

We cannot accept artwork that has been printed by Deskjet or Lazerjet type printers as clean/ready to use artwork.

Additional charges will be required to prepare this type of artwork for production.

Artwork on PC-CD, PC-ZIP Disk or 3.5" floppy disk can be delivered or mailed to:

We can also accept email attachments, but please do not e-mail files that are larger than 5 megabytes.

Any additonal charges will be discussed and approved by client before work begins.

All jobs will require a P.O. # and security deposit before order can be placed. Please confirm completion dates after these items are received by Evan's Sign Co.
